Dad gave me this draw knife he made many years ago in the forge. It is made from an old flat file. I had a play with it this afternoon and it is seriously sharp. I also bought this old Sandvik hand axe from the antique shop in Louth for £3. I think it will sharpen up pretty well. It feels very handy to use. I thought these old tools would come in useful if I pick up any old logs for messing about with, in the woods that surround us.
