Meet my two new best friends. These are my latest plane collection additions. The wooden one is an 8.5" David Barron 45 degree smoother. in Bubinga with a 1.5" Hock blade.
The other is a 1999 1-12-060 Stanley low angle block plane. I am really pleased with both of them. I can strongly recommend David Barrons planes, superb build and performance.
